To facilitate the foundational learning of human anatomy for first-year medical students through modern pedagogical methods, hands-on dissection, and clinical integration.
Teaching & Dissection:
Conduct cadaveric dissections and demonstrate prosected parts to MBBS students.
Lead histology practicals, including slide identification and microscopic anatomy.
Facilitate Small Group Discussions (SGD) and Self-Directed Learning (SDL) sessions as per the CBME curriculum.
Assessment & Mentorship:
Prepare and grade internal assessment papers (theory and practical).
Maintain student performance records and logs.
Act as a Foundation Course mentor for new MBBS entrants.
Research & Professional Growth:
Initiate original research and participate in departmental projects.
Aim for publications in indexed journals to qualify for future promotion.
Assist in the maintenance of the Anatomy Museum and departmental library.
