Consultant Pathology

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Consultant Pathologist to join our laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing lab operations, ensuring diagnostic accuracy, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics: Perform microscopic examinations of surgical specimens and biopsies; provide accurate and timely histopathology, cytology, and hematology reports.

• Lab Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pathology department and supervise laboratory technicians.

• Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to NABL/internal quality protocols and validate equipment calibration and test results.

• Consultation: Collaborate with referring physicians to explain complex findings and assist in patient treatment planning.

• Reporting: Sign off on clinical pathology reports including biochemistry, immunology, and microbiology.

Required Qualifications

• Education: MBBS with MD/DNB or DCP in Pathology.

• Experience: 0–5 years of experience (Open to both freshers and experienced consultants).
