Key role requirements of candidate:

1. **Surgical Diagnosis**: Assess and diagnose pediatric patients requiring surgical intervention for congenital or acquired conditions.

2. **Surgical Treatment**: Perform surgeries on infants, children, and adolescents, including emergency and elective procedures.

3. **Preoperative and Postoperative Care**: Provide comprehensive care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring proper recovery and minimal complications.

4. **Patient and Family Communication**: Educate families about surgical options, risks, and recovery processes while addressing concerns.

5. **Multidisciplinary Collaboration**: Work closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care.

6. **Research and Innovation**: Engage in research to improve pediatric surgical techniques, outcomes, and patient care practices.
