Critical Care & Sleep Medicine: Lead the management of the Respiratory ICU and oversee the Sleep Laboratory for diagnosing disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
Public Health Impact: Supervise the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) activities within the institution and ensure rigorous DOTS implementation.
Postgraduate Supervision: Act as a primary PG Guide/Thesis Advisor for MD (Pulmonary Medicine) and DNB students.
Curriculum Innovation: Develop and update teaching modules for undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate students, integrating new NMC competency-based guidelines.
Skill Lab Training: Lead hands-on training for students in Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, and ventilator management.
