Educational Qualification

  • MS/ DNB Ophthalmology
  • Long-term Fellowship in Vitreoretina (mandatory)

Experience

  • 8+ years post-fellowship preferred

Must-Have Skills

  • Independent medical and surgical retina practice
  • Vitrectomy and complex retinal surgery
  • Management of diabetic retinopathy, ROP, AMD, retinal detachments
  • Leadership of retina services and OT planning
  • Experience in teaching DNB / fellows
  • Research or publications
    • Ability to build and scale retina services
